The webiste, Reviewing the Evidence, is selling the review copies they get from publishers. Maybe every reviewer does this but just hides behind eBay. In which case its refreshing that someone is being open about it.
It will be interesting to see if:
A. Other bloggers start doing this.
B. Authors/Publishers protest - after all these are uncorrected proofs. Not meant to be the finished product.
C. Publsihers stop sending RET books.
D. The whole issue will be ignored because there are much worse things to worry about in publishing than this.
What do you think?
Disclaimer - there are two copies of my ARC there.

What I do:
If the ARC is fairly clean, I email the author and ask permission. The proceeds are then split between my charity and his.
If the ARC is damaged or the author does not agree to an eBay auction for charity, I take it to Goodwill or St. Vincent DePaul's.
Which reminds me. I have 5 ARCs I have to get rid of.

I consider this absolute inappropriate. If I don't wish to keep the book I will donate paperbacks to a local charity but never profit from them myself. Ebooks I simply delete.
